Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and public digital services operated by Blueprint Vision Ventures, Inc. (“BVV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using a website that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms.

Separate agreements may govern participation in The Confident Death Doula™, Founding 100, PTW Collective™, BVV Connect, paid services, memberships, events, or other BVV offerings. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these general website Terms regarding that particular service, the applicable written agreement controls.

BVV websites provide information about our programs, professional development offerings, professional ecosystem, events, membership, technology, and related services.

Website content is provided for general informational and business purposes.

The Confident Death Doula™ is a professional development program for trained death doulas.

It does not confer a government license, healthcare license, medical credential, or legal authorization to perform regulated clinical services.

Participation does not guarantee employment, clients, referrals, contracts, revenue, business success, partnerships, organizational relationships, or other professional outcomes.

BVV recognizes death doula work as non-clinical.

Information provided through BVV websites, programs, communities, or technology is not medical advice, legal advice, mental-health treatment, financial advice, or a substitute for licensed professional services.

Participants and users are responsible for understanding and operating within their own training, role, professional boundaries, applicable law, and any requirements imposed by organizations with which they work.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application or Interest Form for a BVV professional program unless BVV expressly states otherwise.

Specific programs may have additional education, training, professional-readiness, business, insurance, or participation requirements described in applicable program materials or agreements.

Submitting an Interest Form does not:

• guarantee acceptance
• create enrollment
• reserve a Founding Doula Number
• create a contract with BVV
• obligate BVV to offer participation

Program fit, reservation, enrollment, and participation are governed by the applicable enrollment process and documents.

Any reservation payment, refund right, program fee, renewal, financing arrangement, or other financial term is governed by the applicable reservation notice, enrollment agreement, checkout terms, or other written document associated with the transaction.

Website summaries do not replace the terms of those documents.

BVV may provide professional visibility, networking, referral functionality, organizational connections, events, inquiries, or opportunities for collaboration.

BVV does not guarantee:

• referrals
• clients
• employment
• contracts
• paid engagements
• organizational partnerships
• sponsorships
• grants or funding
• revenue
• business performance
• any particular professional result

Decisions regarding collaboration or engagement may be made independently by participating parties.

BVV is developing a broader professional technology ecosystem that may include BVV Connect, deathdoula.org, deathdoula.app, the BVV Connect Learning Commons, professional profiles, events, referrals or inquiries, collaboration tools, professional documentation, reporting, and related capabilities.

Technology, features, integrations, availability, names, and release timing may evolve.

Descriptions of planned or developing capabilities are not guarantees that a specific feature will be available on a particular date unless BVV expressly commits to that feature in a written agreement.

If an account is provided, you are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• providing accurate information
• keeping applicable information reasonably current
• activity occurring through your account
• notifying BVV of suspected unauthorized access

You may not share access credentials in violation of membership or program rules.

If BVV allows you to create a public professional profile, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

BVV may establish standards for profile content, documentation, professional information, or visibility.

BVV may remove, restrict, or decline to publish content that violates applicable rules, agreements, law, safety requirements, or professional standards.

Unless otherwise stated, website content and BVV-created materials are owned by or licensed to Blueprint Vision Ventures, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

BVV intellectual property includes, as applicable, program names, methods, curriculum, written materials, graphics, designs, technology, processes, assessments, templates, and trademarks, including:

• BVV Professional Integration Method™
• Doula Signature™
• Professional Integration Portfolio™
• PTW Collective™

Use of the website does not transfer ownership of BVV intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected BVV materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

If you submit content to BVV, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You retain ownership of content that belongs to you. You grant BVV the rights reasonably necessary to store, display, process, transmit, or otherwise use that content to provide the service you requested, subject to applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy.

Public-profile content may be displayed publicly according to the visibility settings or applicable service design.

You may not use BVV websites or services to:

• violate law
• impersonate another person or organization
• submit false or misleading professional information
• interfere with website security or operation
• access accounts or data without authorization
• introduce malicious code
• harvest information improperly
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• use BVV materials in an unauthorized commercial offering
• engage in conduct that threatens or harms other users

Our websites may link to or integrate with third-party services such as scheduling, payment, communication, community, or technology platforms.

BVV does not control the independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or operation of third-party services.

A link or integration does not necessarily constitute BVV endorsement of every product, statement, or practice of that provider.

We work to keep website information accurate and current, but programs, dates, technology, pricing, availability, and other information may change.

When a website summary conflicts with an executed agreement governing your participation or transaction, the applicable executed agreement controls.

To the extent permitted by law, BVV websites and general website content are provided on an “as available” basis.

BVV does not warrant that websites will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BVV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use its public website.

Any liability associated with a paid program or contracted service may be governed separately by the applicable written agreement.

BVV may update these Terms as its websites, programs, and technology evolve.

The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and, to the extent legally permissible, the laws of the State of Florida.

Any more specific dispute-resolution or governing-law terms contained in an executed program or membership agreement will control for that agreement.
